Real Estate Auctions-Agents

Marketing: Auction Marketing is for Innovative Brokers…Let Us Work with You!

Auctions offer clients and customers new options and they enhance an agent’s image as a full-service professional. Stand out by adding a new and powerful marketing tool to your reserves of professional techniques. This is especially important as more and more property owners become increasingly interested in selling at auction; often it can be their first choice in selling their property. Selling real estate at auction is OUR ONLY BUSINESS and we can set you apart from other brokers and give you a powerful and profitable competitive edge.

Referring Sellers…

You may simply refer us a name and number and collect a referral fee (of the high bid amount) or you can elect to stay involved in a Co-Op Auction, giving your client the benefit of your sphere of influence combined with our auctioning talent and award-winning marketing campaigns. A Co-Op Auction offers a percentage of the high bid amount to you as a cooperative/referral fee and keeps you involved in many tasks such as showing, open houses, attending the auction, assisting in contracting and assisting our closing department in coordination of closing the sale.

Why Auctions Create a Tremendous Buying Opportunity for Your Client

  • Complete due diligence information on the property is provided prior to the auction. This information allows all questions to be answered prior to bidding.
  • Your buyer will be confident that they paid true market value for a property
  • All bids are final; this eliminates long drawn out negotiations with the sellers
  • You and your client know the seller is serious and motivated to sell.
  • Auctions provide a transparent transaction; all bidders participating with the same terms and conditions.
