EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing on Monday, December 15, 2025, 3:00 pm. The closing time for all lots will be automatically extended by 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of any lot.
LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick up their items at 104 1/2 West 9th Avenue, Winfield, Kansas, on Tuesday, December 16th, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Wednesday, December 17th, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle and disconnect any equipment. PLEASE NOTE: All items are located on the 3rd Floor of the Union State Bank Building. Buyers are FULLY RESPONSIBLE for moving and loading their items. Please bring your tools to take desks apart, dolly or any other moving equipment, boxes, and any help or labor. There is an elevator, but it is small. Parking is VERY LIMITED, so please be patient!
